Dear Franklin Families, I am reaching out to let you know that I have been informed of a positive case of a staff member at Franklin Middle School. The contact tracing has been conducted and notifications have been completed. Additionally, food service will be delivering double meals tomorrow just in case the predicted snow for Monday night into Tuesday impacts their ability to deliver meals Tuesday morning. Sincerely, Dan LeGallo SAU 18 Superintendent dlegallo@gm.sau18.org

Our last theme of Kindness Week is Self-Care. This year especially it is so important to be kind to yourself and take some extra time to focus on prioritizing you. As all of you put your hearts and souls into our students this year, we hope that you take some of that time and energy to put it back into yourselves. Going into this weekend, set a goal to do something just for you. This is a great opportunity to share ideas and personality interests with your students to encourage them to shut off screens and give all of ourselves some much needed self-love. https://drive.google.com/file/d/10FZPEJgmnYqWKcL7rOM3e-mW-1kuQzpH/view?usp=sharing I want to thank our school counselors Mrs. Lucas, Mrs. Campbell, Mrs. Filiault, and Mr. Bryant for an amazing job!

Good Afternoon Franklin Families, I am reaching out this afternoon to let you know that 2 students have tested positive today, one at the high school and one at the middle school. The high school student contact tracing will be completed by this evening and the high school will be open for in person learning tomorrow for Cohort B students.
