The Andy Phelps Award is given annually at the FHS Fall Sports Award Banquet and represents commitment to our students. This honor was named for its first recipient, Andy Phelps, at his retirement in 2001. Andy didn’t just teach; he inspired our youth. He went above and beyond his job description and served as a role model for our children. He was involved with students inside and out of the classroom. Using his leadership traits as the key, the FHS Boosters created the award bearing his name and have since presented the award to:
