The FHS students, through discussions with Portrait of a Graduate, wanted to celebrate each other. A small group of students, despite having an unplanned day off, rallied together early and decorated the cafeteria so that lunches for all students would be more festive and just a little brighter before the holiday break! Students enjoyed the festive decorations around the cafeteria, the holiday music streaming in the background and the chance for them to voice their thoughts and opinions on future directions of the school. We are hoping more of these types of events continue and students continue taking ownership of their education!
