Good Afternoon Franklin Families,
I hope you had a great holiday and a relaxing vacation. I wish you and your families a very Happy New Year and a great 2021!
I wanted to let you know that we had a staff member at Franklin High School test positive over the weekend. There were no close contacts, as we were all out on vacation. We are all set to welcome back our Cohort A students, in-person tomorrow morning, at all 3 schools.
A couple of reminders as we head into the new year. Please be sure to contact the schools if your child tests positive for COVID-19. The sooner we know, the sooner we can initiate contact tracing to keep everyone safe. Please continue to monitor your child/children for symptoms and keep them home to work remotely if they are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms.
Additionally, please remember that if you traveled out of New England, our students need to quarantine for 7 days with a negative PCR test on the 7th day, or quarantine for a total of 10 days without a test before returning to school per NH Department of Health and Human Services guidelines..
I appreciate all of your support in helping to keep everyone healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
