*FHS Athletic Boosters Club Mtg - Wed 11/20 at 6pm in the FHS Maker Space Room (used to be the Library). This is an informational Mtg to discuss new membership and re-establishing a Board and By-Laws. Please contact AD Dan Sylvester with any questions at dsylvester@gm.sau18.org.

*FHS Winter Sports FamilyID Registration Link: Girls & Boys basketball is CLOSED. Wrestling & Cheer will be open just a few days longer. There will be NO Indoor Track team this season (lack of participation).

*FHS Girls & Boys Basketball Tryouts: Mon 11/18 through Fri 11/22 at FHS Gym - girls 3:30-5:30 and boys 5:30-7:30. Wrestling Mon 11/18 through Fri 11/22 from 4-6pm at "FMS" Gym. Cheer starts on Mon 12/2 6:30-8pm at FHS Gym.

*FMS Winter Sports FamiluID Registration Link: Girls Basketball and Boys Basketball. Tryouts are on Mon 11/25 and Tue 11/26 - girls 3:15-4:45pm & boys 4:45-6:15pm at FMS Gym. Open Gym workouts prior to tryouts are Tue 11/19 and Thur 11/21 = girls 3:15-4:45 & boys 4:45-6:15.

*Sports Physicals are required in order to participate - one Physical Exam needs to be on file while attending FMS (grades 6th through 8th) and one is required while attending FHS. All Physicals and health updates should be on file with their respective school nurses. We do have coupons for FREE Physicals at Convenient MD (Belmont, Concord etc.). Coupons available at the FMS and FHS main offices.

*To see all updated GAME schedules , please go to the FHS & FMS handbook, schedules link. Practice schdules could change daily, so those are given out by the individual coaches.

Message from the Athletic Director - Dan Sylvester

I am so proud to serve the athletes, coaches and community of Franklin, NH. As a 1983 graduate of FHS my life was driven by sports and I appreciate so much the mentors and coaches that influenced me. 

I am extremely excited and proud to announce that we finished #1 overall in the Division 4 sportsmanship ratings for the 2021-22 as well as the 2022-23 school year....we received our Championship banners at the NHIAA Annual Conference in September. SPORTSMANSHIP will continue to be an absolute priority for athletes, coaches and the community as a whole.
