The NH Division of Public Health has released the 'Fruit and Veggie' Quantity Cookbook on line for Schools, Child Care Programs, Meal Sites, Hospitals, Camps, Work Sites and Colleges. USDA food components are used for the Child and Adult Food Program (CACFP) including commodity fruits, vegetables and beans.There are 31 tested recipes for quantities of 25, 50 and 100 servings and nutrients per serving are provided for each recipe.
